The spaceMAIN HOUSE
The Main Mouse features a beautifully decorated and comfortable living room that offers views of the heated swimming pool, valley, and spectacular sunsets through a wide picture window. A separate dining room with easy seating for eight opens off the gourmet kitchen. In one wing, the spacious primary bedroom, with King bed and sitting area, enjoys a luxurious ensuite private bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. In another wing are three additional bedrooms, one fitted with a Queen bed and dressing table, the other fitted with a King bed and dressing table, and lastly, a large bunk room with two double-over-Queen bunk beds, flat-screen TV, and built-in desk/dressing table. New memory-foam mattresses throughout ensure a great night’s sleep. A generously sized second bath makes sharing easy.
GUEST HOUSE
The detached Guest House, which adjoins the Gathering Barn, offers a charming separate living suite consisting of a cozy sitting area set between two guest rooms, each with a Queen bed and connected by a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom.
GATHERING BARN
The former woodworking studio has been transformed into a stylish bright and airy Barn for bringing friends and family together. Curl up on the large leather couch beneath 14- foot ceilings in the living area to watch a movie or game on the flat-screen TV and (or) enjoy a lively game of ping-pong in front of the operable glass overhead door leading to the great outdoors. At the other end of the space, before another glass overhead door and with yet another-flat screen TV, is a unique live edge slab wood dining table, cut from a single oak tree, that seats fourteen comfortably. A bar refrigerator, ice maker, and serving table are ready to help with any catering needs. Sliding glass doors lead to an expansive deck and swing overlooking the outdoor fire pit and valley beyond.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Luxury Public Goods shower amenities including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, and local coffee grounds from Texas Coffee Traders are provided for every stay. A washer, dryer, steamer, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, throughout the property.
DINING, SWIMMING, AND LOUNGING
An expansive deck outside the main house, featuring dining, lounge groupings, and a new Traeger smoking grill cascades down wide stairs to the sun-drenched heated swimming pool—an azure modernist rectangle that is perfect for swimming laps, playing water volleyball, or just floating on a raft with chilled beverage in hand.
PICKLEBALL
A brand-new Pickleball court—likely the only one in the Wimberley hills—awaits endless games of fun and spirited competition. Regulation size and complete with paddles and balls, the court is sure to provide hours of lively entertainment—and great exercise!
RELAXATION: HAMMOCK AND FIRE PIT
In the quiet of a relaxing afternoon, enjoy a soothing siesta while rocking gently in the hammock nestled between two large trees by the ole chicken coop (the chickens, alas, are long departed). And at the end of the day, as the sun sets and darkness unfolds, feel free to gather your guests in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy an evening drink or toasted s'mores around the warmth of the fire pit.
